QUESTIONS

Before you upload.

Can I upload more than one invoice?

Yes. Select several files at once or drag them into your project. Each file is processed separately, so you can review completed invoices while the others are being read.

Which details go into the spreadsheet?

Supplier name, invoice number, invoice date, net amount, VAT, total, currency and line items. You can check the details against the original and correct values before exporting.

Can I use scans and photos?

Yes. Upload invoice PDFs, scanned documents, JPGs or PNGs. Clear, readable files give better results. Check extracted values, especially when the original is blurred or handwritten.

Can I keep each property or client separate?

Yes. Create a project for each property, job or client. Review and export the invoices for that project together.

Can I add details specific to my project?

You can define project fields, such as Builder name or Matter reference, and ask for those values to be read from documents in that project. Values that cannot be found need your review; you can enter them yourself.

What happens when the free trial ends?

The trial lasts seven days with 200 documents. You can still view and export existing data after it ends. A paid plan is needed to process more documents.

Does this replace my accounting software?

No. It turns invoice files into data you can check and download as Excel or CSV. You or your accountant decide how to use those figures in your records.
