Invoices to Spreadsheets helps read and organise invoice documents. Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the results against the original before using them for accounting, payment or tax records. The service does not provide accounting or tax advice.

Your documents

Only upload documents you have permission to process. Keep your own copies of important records. Do not use the service to upload malicious files, interfere with other users or try to bypass usage and access controls.

Trial and subscriptions

The free trial is seven days with 200 documents, without a card. Standard is £50 per month for 500 documents per billing month and Business is £500 per month for unlimited documents. Subscription changes and cancellation are managed through Stripe. File limits, service availability and fair use apply. Existing data can still be viewed and exported when processing entitlement ends.

Initial rollout

General availability and paid onboarding remain subject to completion of the published launch checks. Final operator details, contractual terms, support contact and privacy-request procedures will be published before public commercial launch.
