Invoices to Spreadsheets stores the account information you provide, your workspace and projects, uploaded files, extracted invoice details, corrections and processing records so you can use the service.

How your files are processed

Uploaded documents are kept in private Cloudflare R2 storage. The processing service sends the document to OpenAI to read its contents. Invoice data, account records and correction history are stored in Neon Postgres. The website is hosted on Vercel and processing runs on Google Cloud. Resend handles sign-in emails, and Stripe handles payments. Card details are entered on Stripe, not stored in this application.

Who can see your data

Access is restricted to authenticated members of your workspace according to their permissions. Original documents use short-lived signed links. Anyone you share an exported spreadsheet or signed link with may be able to read it, so share deliberately.

Corrections and deletion

We retain the original extraction and a history of edits so changes can be understood. Moving an invoice to trash is recoverable and does not immediately erase its original file. Retention and permanent-erasure controls are still being completed before general availability; do not upload sensitive production records during this initial rollout.

Cookies and activity

Session cookies keep you signed in. Saved table preferences stay in your browser. Product activity and operational records help measure reliability and improve the service; invoice contents are not intended to be included in analytics events.

Initial rollout

This service is being prepared for general availability. Final operator contact, retention periods and the process for privacy requests will be published before public onboarding is opened. This page describes the current technical data flow and will be updated as those controls are verified.
