From paperwork to spreadsheet.
1. Give your invoices a home
Create a project for a job, property, client or month. Pick a name you will recognise. You can rename or archive it later.
2. Add one file, or a whole batch
Click Add invoices and select your files, or drag them into your project. Start with PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs or WebP images. Each file can be up to 50 MB; PDFs can be up to 20 pages. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked before uploading. Processing continues if you close the browser after the upload finishes.
3. Give the details a look
Open a row to see its details and original document. Double-click a table cell to edit it. Missing values and figures that do not add up are flagged for review. Never treat extraction as a guarantee that an invoice is correct.
4. Export what you need
Use search, column filters or selection to choose invoices. Export downloads an Excel workbook with invoice and line-item sheets. CSV is available from the table toolbar. Different currencies remain separate.
If something goes wrong
Open Your uploads to see each file’s progress. A failed file does not stop the others. Try a clear PDF or image if a file cannot be read. Reprocessing keeps your manual corrections. If a newer extraction changes the invoice split, the existing rows are preserved for review.
Trial and billing
The trial lasts seven days and includes 200 documents. Failed documents do not count. You can still read and export your data afterwards. The workspace owner can choose a plan or manage an existing subscription under Settings & billing.
Keyboard and recovery
Use Ctrl or ⌘ + U to select files. Press Escape to close panels. Deleted invoices move to the project’s trash and can be restored. Your original files are not immediately erased when a row is moved to trash.
